Jacquelynn D. Carmichael
Jacquelynn D. Carmichael has been practicing law since 1993. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice, elder abuse and civil litigation. Ms. Carmichael has served on the Lawyers Helping Lawyers and the Character and Fitness Committees of the Utah State Bar. She has also published in the Utah Trial Journal on the topics of elder abuse and various legal issues involved in medical malpractice claims. Before joining Eisenberg & Gilchrist as a partner, she was a shareholder at the law firm of Morton & Carmichael.
