Jordan P. Kendell is a partner with Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt. Mr. Kendell's practice has focused primarily on products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and trucking accidents. Mr. Kendell has been selected for inclusion in the Mountain States Super Lawyers -- Rising Stars Edition 2009, and he is on the executive committee for the Young Lawyers Division of the Utah State Bar.
In 2005, Mr Kendell graduated magna cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and received his school's academic Blue Book award in Advanced Writing, Evidence, Sales & Negotiable Instruments, Secured Transactions, and Taxation. Mr. Kendell is also a member of the international legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi.
