Attorney Profile - DAVID A. CUTT
David A. Cutt is a 1991 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and a founding member of Eisenberg Gilchrist & Morton. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Cutt has particular expertise litigating on behalf of individuals who have suffered brain or spinal cord injuries, as well as pursuing claims for injuries caused by defective automobile tires. Mr. Cutt is a regular contributor to the Utah Trial Journal.
Prior to assisting in the formation of Eisenberg Gilchrist & Morton, Mr. Cutt practiced with the Salt Lake City firm of Dewsnup, King & Olson, where he represented plaintiffs in complex personal injury and product liability cases.
