Attorney Profile - JACKIE CARMICHAEL
Jacquelynn D. Carmichael has been practicing law since 1993. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice, elder abuse and civil litigation. Ms. Carmichael has served on the Lawyers Helping Lawyers and the Character and Fitness Committees of the Utah State Bar.
Jackie is experienced in handling many different types of personal injury cases, including those involving claims of elder abuse. She co-authored an article on the subject for the Utah Trial Journal entitled, “Elder Abuse – Utah’s Dirty Little Secret.”
Prior to joining Eisenberg Gilchrist & Morton as a partner, she was a shareholder at the law firm of Morton & Carmichael.
